The alco-proofing-spiral AGS

Function

The AGS proofing spiral is designed for the continuous proofing of different products. The spiral belt conveyor design allows a considerable process length to be generated while the space requirement is small. The heating system with a guided airflow provides for uniform, gentle and rapid proofing of the products. The optimal proofing climate can be regulated via the variable temperature control, fans and steam injection nozzles. By combining several successive spirals, different climate zones can be created or the process length considerably increased. Pre-proofing and post-proofing spirals with intermediary process steps such as kneading or rolling-out can also be implemented. Every proofing spiral is calculated according to the customer-specific requirements and specially designed so as to achieve the optimal application for the product.

For your application we offer you, based on our standard design, machines of various sizes as well as different additional options and add-on equipment. Due to the flexible combination options, we can configure the perfect solution for you. Should your optimal solution, however, not be achievable in this way, we would be glad to develop it together with you.
