The alco ASC tenderiser

 

Function

The alco ASC tenderiser is used to provide the product with numerous small incisions or optionally with a perforation. This type of processing improves the product's tenderness, dimensional stability and cooking behaviour as well as the absorption of coating media such as marinades. The products are passed through a pair of knife rollers by means of a belt system and are provided with offset incisions from below and above.

For your application we offer you, based on our standard design, machines of various sizes as well as different additional options and accessory machines. Due to the flexible combination options, we can configure the perfect solution for you. Should your optimal solution, however, not be achievable in this way, we would be glad to develop it together with you.

Technical features

  • production speed can be continuously adjusted
  • distance between knife rollers is height-adjustable, enabling setting of cutting depth
  • perfect product delivery by swivelling infeed and outfeed conveyors
  • knife rollers can be completely removed without tools for the purpose of cleaning / replacement of the insert
  • optional perforation for puncturing minced meat products such as hamburger patties
  • collecting trough for product residues under the tenderising area for a clean floor
  • high operational reliability
  • movable on 4 heavy-duty castors, rotatable through 360°, with locking brake and height-adjustable
